Support for Staff refusing to do in -person teaching
We will follow UCU HQ guidance, Health & Safety legislation and the Employment Rights Act 44.1d,e (1996) to support staff members who are concerned about teaching in-person.
Please use the letters from the “UCU Letters” post to inform your managers. As long as you are a UCU member you will be supported by the local committee and case workers if you decide you cannot do in-person at the current time.
